She worked many years in IT and realized there was a component to these projects missing . Process improvement become her passion and there she developed her skills . Christina is a Lean Sigma Green Belt, practitioner of Lean Process and Agile Lean development . As a Program Manager she worked on the development of the Fair Process workshops as well as Facilitating .
